Ingredients:-
Chicken Boneless – 500 grams
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
All Purpose Flour – 1 tablespoon
Corn Flour – 3 tablespoon
Egg – 1
Garlic Crushed – 1 teaspoon
Green Chillies – 6 to 7
Chilli Garlic Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Chicken Stock – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – as required

Directions:-
In a bowl, add chicken, egg, salt, black pepper powder, cornflour, and all-purpose flour and mix well
In a frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
In a wok, add cooking oil, and garlic and mix well.
Add chicken and green chillies and mix well.
Add soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken stock and mix well.
Add green chillies
Chicken Chilli Dry is ready to eat
