super easy whole food plant based chili – beginner friendly recipe!

This is the super easy healthy chilli recipe you will want to try! Use your favorite veggies and set it in your instant pot!

HERE’S THE RECIPE:
Gather ingredients!
– I went for 2 cans of beans (Black & Tri- blend)
– 1 can of corn
– 1 can of crushed/diced tomatoes
– onion
– mushroom
– green onions
– celery
– dark beer (optional)
– seasonings-
— black pepper
— pink salt
— garlic powder
— red pepper flakes
— paprika
— cumin
— curry powder
— chili powder
– vegetable stock/broth
– 1/2 – whole veggie bullion cube
– 1-2 water cups
– olive oil

Sauté fresh vegetables! Add in canned ingredients & seasonings to taste. Stir & pressure cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Let it naturally release for 10 – 15 minutes! Enjoy!
