Try out this delightful chilli pickle which has a completely different flavour of perfectly pickled green chillies and preserved naturally without any artificial substances. This is a Gujarati pickle which can be prepared instantly and lasts for months

Servings –

Ingredients :

200 gm green chillies
1 tbsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder

4 tbsp musturd dal (or) rai na kuria
1 tsp asafoetida or hing
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp groundnuts oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
