White Chicken Chili! 🤗
This is the perfect recipe for cooler weather! So simple and so good!
And the Crockpot does all the work for you! This recipe does require a lot of ingredients but trust me it’s worth it! 😋

Ingredients 📝
2 pounds of Chicken Breast
1 small Onion chopped
2 tsp Garlic minced
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 cans of Green Chiles (4.5 ounce)
1 cup of Salsa Verde
2 cans of White Beans drained
1 (32 ounce) Chicken Broth
1 lime
1 tsp of Salt
2 Jalapeños diced (optional)
Directions🍴
1. Place chopped onion, diced jalapeños, and garlic in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Add chicken and season with salt.
3. Add undrained cans of green chiles and 1 cup of salsa verde.
4. Add your drained white beans and chicken broth. Season with the remaining spices.
5. Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
6. Before you serve remove chicken and shred it with 2 forks then add it back into the slow cooker.
7. Squeeze 1 lime into soup and add any additional salt if necessary.
8. Serve and Enjoy.
