Three Ingredient MEAL PREP CHILI PASTA recipe by @evannryan
Recipe makes 6 servings
Macros per serving: 414 cals – 10g fat – 89g carbs – 26g protein
Ingredients:
4 cups legume pasta, I used @chickapeapasta
3 cans of high protein chili, mine had 20g per can – buy it at @costco
4 cups spinach
1 cup pasta boiling liquids, save just prior to draining
Recipe:
Boil your pasta according to package directions, just prior to draining make sure to remove 1 cup pasta boiling liquids
To a large pot add cans of chili, cooked pasta, spinach, and boiling liquids
Bring to medium low heat and cook until boiling liquids have reduced and spinach is wilted through
Remove from heat and plate into 6 meal prep containers
Cool completely before placing a tightly sealed lid over each
Reheat in the microwave or over low heat in a small pot when ready to eat!
