Thanksgiving is right around the corner and youāre going to want something fun to do with any leftover sides so go ahead and save this video now.
Place about a tablespoon of each side in each egg roll. I love the combination of mac and cheese, greens* and sweet potatoes but you can use whatever you have.
Fold the egg rolls according to the directions on the package, seal with water then brush them well with olive oil. Youāre going to air fry them for 10 minutes on 390 degrees F, turning once, until theyāre golden brown.
Plate them, then youāre going to soften leftover cranberry sauce* in the microwave (10-20 seconds at a time – WATCH CAREFULLY!) and then add a little chili sauce in a 4 to 1 ratio to make a great sweet and spicy dip (for example if you have 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce after melting, stir in 1 Tablespoon of chili sauce).
These are perfect appetizers to snack on while hanging out with family, watching football or after shopping!
* Note: Squeeze excess liquid from greens before adding to egg roll. Any cranberry sauce will work, even homemade.
