Quick Vegan Chili for the Week

3 Bean Chili Recipe:

2 – Cans of Dark Kidney Beans
2 – Cans of White Northern Beans
2 – Cans of Pinto Beans
2 – Cans of Rotel
2 – Cans of Chili Style Diced Tomatoes
2 – Cans of Tomato Paste
1 package of 2 Alarm Chili
20 oz. Vegetable Broth
1 medium, diced onion

Instructions: Combine all un-drained beans in a pot. Add cans of tomato paste and all ingredients of the 2 Alarm except the masa flour and stir well. Add diced onions, cans of un-drained tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Cook on medium and cover for one hour. If you desire thicker chili, add the masa flour according to the directions on the 2 Alarm Chili package.

Add cheese and/or toppings as you please!
