Most Delicious WHITE CHICKEN CHILI | WW SMARTPOINTS FOR GREEN BLUE PURPLE | WEIGHT WATCHERS DINNER

***My version of Creamy White Chicken Chili
Makes 13 cups
-8 points per cup on WW Green, 1 point per cup on WW Blue and Purple
Ingredients:
~2.5 lbs. chicken breast
~32 oz. container of chicken broth, but I used about 3/4 the container
~8 oz. fat free cream cheese
~1 can of corn
~2 small cans of mild green chilis
~5 cans of white beans
~Chili seasoning packet
~2 limes
~~ Whatever toppings you want.. fat free cheese, cilantro, tortilla chips, sour cream, more lime..
Recipe……..
Cook chicken in a crockpot with most of the chicken broth container (about 3/4 container), add mild green chilis and chili seasoning packet and some salt. Cook on low for about 4-5 hours and then either shred chicken or take it out and chop, then add back. Add drained beans and drained corn. Cook another hour or until chicken is tender. About 30 minutes before eating, add cream cheese and 1 whole juice of a lime. When it’s time to eat, add cheese and cilantro and another squeeze of lime & some tortilla chips if you want! Yum!!
