Keto Friendly Chili Cheese Rings! Recipe Below👇🏻 (makes 6 rings & 4 cups of no bean chili)

INGREDIENTS
1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of diced onion
1 cup of diced poblano peppers, jalapeños, Anaheim (each)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp garlic and onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
3 cups beef stock
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 cups grated colby jack cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a heavy stock pot and then add the onions. Continue to cook until the onions are softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 2
Add the garlic and peppers and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Add all the seasoning, and season with salt and pepper

Step 3
Add the tomato paste and mix it into the meat and vegetables then add the cocoa powder and mix well.

Step 4
Once the mixture is somewhat dry, add the beef stock, and crushed tomatoes and continue to cook for at least an hour on low simmer.

Step 5
Add about 1/4 cup of the cheese to each donut slot, and then add 1/4 cup of the chili on top. Use a spoon to spread it out and then add another 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for roughly 25 minutes.
