Comforting Fall Night Meals: “Chili On a Budget” ($11 Spent)

$11 spent at store:

1 pound ground Turkey
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 – 15 oz can corn (drained)
1 – 10.5 oz can pink beans
1 avocado

Items on hand:

2 cloves of chopped garlic
Worcester sauce
Brown sugar (2 tbsp)
Tomato Paste (3 tbsp)
Salt / Pepper
Chili Powder (generous amount)
Cumin
1/4 cup mild salsa
1 cup of water

I forgot the paprika! It was still very tasty. ❤️

Avocado was cut up alongside some fresh tomatoes and tossed lightly in lime juice and salt/pepper. I topped the bowls of chili with this avocado mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese.
