Quick and Easy Vegetarian/Vegan Chili Recipe Demonstration

This is a demonstration of one of my favorite recipes of Vegetarian/Vegan Chili Recipe.

For this you will need as follows:
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion (1 Cup) Finely chopped
1 Cup chopped carrots
8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
1/3 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Green Bell Pepper (1 Cup)
4 Cloves minced garlic
1 Tbs Chili powder (to taste)
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs ground cumin
3/4 tsp dried basil
1-3/4 tsp dried oregano
Pinch of salt
1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
2 cans (15-16oz each) black beans
1/3 cup red wine (leave out if you have an alchohol issue)
1 tsp tabasco sauce
2 cups of water
1/2 can (3oz) Tomato paste
