My daughter thought it would be fun to make a chili cornbread cupcakes! So I thought why not, I have a great chili recipe and my cornbread recipe is super easy too. This chili cupcake is loaded with yummy chili and frosted with sour cream and we can’t forget the sprinkles, which is cheese!

Chili Recipe Ingredients:
1 package ground meat-
1/2 cup onion
1 cup corn
2 cups red kidney beans
1 cup black bean
1/4 cup green chili
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups water
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together, cook on medium/high for 30 minutes.
Cornbread -Krusteaz:
Instructions:
Prepare cornbread according to box, spray muffin tin with PAM, divide batter evenly into tins and cook 16 minutes.
Putting It All Together:
Core out center of cornbread, fill with chilling, place cornbread top back on, and frost with sour cream using 1M tip. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy.
