Sweet Chili Lamb Chops Recipe

5-6 Lamb Chops
2 Tablespoons of Kosher Salt
2 Teaspoons of White Pepper
2 Teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Garlic & Herb Seasoning
2 cups of flour- with the same seasonings.
Fry on 375 for about 5 minutes EACH SIDE.
Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Cup of Sweet Chili
