CHILI RECIPE
2 large onions
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
2 jalapeno pepper
Mix into pot with:
2 T butter
2 T olive oil
Grill at 400 for 1 hour stirring every 20
minutes
Mix together the following
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
2 teas roasted garlic
1 T beef base
1/2 cup marinara
1/2 cup chunky salsa
C bbq sauce
2 packets of McCormick’s chili mix
