A friend gave me this for Christmas and holy fu** it’s so pure! I’ve tried many different variations of hot sauce, powder, and chili garlic using Carolina Reaper, but I’ve never tried any this pure! It tastes like it has very minimal vinegar and sugar. So good!
I’m also from the Philippines so I’m not sure if Carolina Reaper grown here tastes different from the original chili peppers.
