– 1 can of Hormell Chilli with Turkey no beans
– 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes
– 1 small can of HEB Sweet Whole Kernell Corn
– 4 4oz serving of 99% extra lean ground turkey breast

Carbs: 19.2g
Fat: 2.6g
Protein: 35.8g
