Welcome Welcome! Today we are going to make a White Chicken Chili Recipe in the Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker. This is a recipe I’ve adapted for the Pressure Cooker and it’s delicious! I do love a good traditional Chili recipe, but this White Chicken Chili is perfect in many ways. Dial up the heat or tone it down depending on what you like best. It’s really simple.
