STEP ONE
Marinade Ingredients:
1/4 C. Olive Oil
1/4 C. Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos for a GF option)
1 1/2 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Honey
Granulated Garlic
Ground Pepper
Directions (part one):
Cube up your Steak (1-2 lbs) into 1/2 inch pieces and add to marinade. Refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
STEP TWO
Mango Chili Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 C. Fresh mango
1/4 C. Cilantro
2 cloves of fresh garlic
1 TBSP Chili Paste
1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 Lime
Directions (part two):
Once the steak is marinated, assemble kebabs by layering meat and veggies on skewers in the desired order. Coat skewers in mango chili glaze. Bake or grill at 425 for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through. If desired, add a second coat of chili sauce. Serve warm.
