Pepper Chicken _ Day 26 of Home Cooked Meal Series
Ingredients
For marination
400 grams of Chicken
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Salt
For Powder
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Pepper Corn
For Curry
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Dry Red Chilli
2 Onions
2 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
6-10 Curry Leaves
1/2 Tsp Tumeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt as per Taste
Coriander Leaves
Mix the marination ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Dry Roast the powder ingredients on low flame and Grind the roasted spices
Heat Oil in a Pan, add cumin seeds, dry red chillies. Saute on high flame for 30 secs
Add Onions + green chillies + Curry Leaves and cook until soft.
Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes
Add Tumeric and Garam Masala Powder
Add the marinated chicken , mix well, Adjust Salt if required.
Add little water if required. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
Add the Blended Powder and mix everything.Cover and cook for another 3_4 minutes on low flame.
Finish off with Raw Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves.
Serve Hot 🔥
