Chili Egg Casserole

Chili Egg Puff
10 eggs
1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c melted butter
1 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Green chilies

Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add cottage cheese, butter and shredded cheese. Mix. Add green chilies.

Place in a lightly greased 9×13 pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot and topped with salsa.
