TODAY’S RECIPE IS Chilli Garlic Cauliflower Recipe | Garlic Chilli Gobi Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water 1/3 cup
Mix well
Cauliflower 200 gm
Fry until golden brown
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilli 4 pieces
Cook for 1 mins
Water 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Cook for 5 mins
Fried cauliflower
spring onion
Cook for 2 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
