Procedure:
Fry the tuna first then set aside. Put oil in a pan, saute ginger,onion, garlic then add coconut milk and green chili.add black pepper ang fish sauce to taste.Once the coconut milk comes thick you can add the tuna.. then put the pechay, turn off the heat and wait for the pechay to comes soft.. finish product..
