Ingredients
~1/3 cup Korean chili flakes
~1/4 cup crushed red pepper
~1 sliced shallot
~3-5 sliced cloves of garlic
~S&P, to taste
~vegetable oil (canola or avocado oil are also good options)
1) heat your oil to 325 degrees
2) in a oven-safe container, add your dry ingredients
3) once oil is up to temp, carefully add it with your ingredients
