What I Eat In A Day When I'm NOT THAT HUNGRY and PMSing (Vegan) + Chili and Quesadilla Recipes

What I eat in a day when I’m tired, PMSing and not that hungry. It was one of those days… All I really wanted to do was sleep but #momlife would not allow it. Here’s a breakdown of what I ate on this day:

BREAKFAST: Bob’s Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal w/ walnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, brown sugar and banana
LUNCH: Refried Bean Quesadilla with Peppers & Onions (simple & delicious)
DINNER: Glass of Wine (Winking Owl Moscato)
MIDNIGHT SNACK: Mini Cucumbers with Chipotle Hummus

Also, I never really mention it but pretty much the only thing I drink on a day to day basis (besides coffee) is water. I am not a heavy drinker so I might drink wine once every few weeks or sometimes every few months, it just depends.
