Easy Homemade Chili Recipe
1 lb of ground Turkey or Beef
1 white onion
3-4 large garlic cloves
3-4 celery stalk
3-4 roast peppers from jar
1-2 tbsp avocado oil or spray
1 large can of Italian tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
Spices:
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp celery salt
2 tbsp smoked paprika
3-4 tbsp chili powder
1-2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
Sea salt & pepper
Directions:
Sauté onion, celery and garlic diced, for 5 min put aside. Cook and brown Turkey or beef with all your spices listed above. Add onion, celery & garlic followed by diced roasted red peppers. Add 1 can of tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer for 30-60 minutes.
