Wendy’s Chili Recipe! How to make the best chili!
Ground beef- brown in pan and drain grease.
Yellow onion- rough chop, it’ll be simmering a long time.
Green peppers- Rough chop as well
Celery- Same just rough chop
Garlic- If you don’t have fresh you can use pre-minced
Ranch style beans – Don’t drain, use the juices from the can
Dark red kidney beans- drain these from the can
Original Rotel diced tomatoes and green chili –
generic brands are fine too
Stewed tomatoes- canned or fresh work the same
Tomato sauce- not spaghetti sauce!
Chili seasoning- any will do
