Hot Chilli Noodles
Servings – 2
INGREDIENTS
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Onions – 60 grams
Ginger – 1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds – 2 teaspoons
Chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli garlic oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander – 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce – 1 1/2 tablespoons
Green spring onions – 2 tablespoons
Rice noodles – 340 grams
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.
2. Add 60 grams onions and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
3. Add 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute.
4. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a bowl.
5. Add 1/2 chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 2 tablespoons chilli garlic oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons green spring onions, 340 milliliters rice noodles and mix it well.
6. Serve.
