WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: Easy Chili Con Carne | Day 4

Welcome to my 4th episode of what I eat in a day where I share with you some very tasty recipes!
Today i’m making chili con carne! Hope you enjoy!

WHAT I EAT VIDEOS//

BREAKFAST
Organic oatmeal cookies
Strawberries
Coffee

LUNCH
CHILI CON CARNE
2 cans Red kidney beans in chili sauce (each can 20 oz.)
1 lb Ground Beef
Canola oil (any oil)
1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
Crushed garlic
Salt 1 flat tbsp. (a little less than a tbsp.- season by taste)
Paprika 1 tbsp. (season by taste)
Cumin 1 tbsp. (season by taste)

*instructions- Heat oil, add onion and cook for a few mins, add crushed garlic, add ground beef and cook on medium heat. After beef is cooked add salt, paprika and cumin, stir and cook a min. Add 2 cans chili beans and water till it covers the beans and beef and stir and cover and bring to boil (add more water if too thick). Uncover, reduce heat and simmer 40 mins while stirring occasionally.

Onion (finely chopped)
Cilantro

*For the rest of the salad- Lettice, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, light sour cream, chili peppers or jalapenos, tortilla chips
