Here are the ingredients of this easy, healthy and delicious recipe are:
Egg white 1
Spring onion 1 small
Tomato 1 small
Ginger crushed 1/4 tsp
Green chili 1 small
((( You can use any vegetable of your choice, capsicum,carrot, cabbage)))
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Milk (optional) 1 tsp
Multigrain bread 2 slices
Olive oil (use any oil) 1 tsp
In a bowl, add egg white and all vegetables. Then add salt, red chili powder, milk and mix it well. In a frying pan add cooking oil and heat it. Add egg mixture and spread it evenly. Cook on low flame, then place bread pieces over it. When it cook from one side, then flip and cook for 2 minutes more on low flame.
