β€’ Safed matar (Dry White peas) 250 gm
β€’ Salt to taste
β€’ Haldi (Turmeric) powder Β½ tsp
β€’ Jeera (Cumin) powder Β½ tsp
β€’ Dhaniya (Coriander) powder Β½ tsp
β€’ Fresh coriander (chopped)
For aloo pattice
Ingredients:
β€’ Oil 1 tbsp
β€’ Jeera 1 tsp
β€’ Green chillies 1-2 nos. (chopped) as per taste
β€’ Boiled Potatoes 4-5 medium size
β€’ Salt to taste
β€’ Fresh coriander a handful
β€’ Ginger Β½ inch grated

Garlic Butter-
3 tbsp Amul butter
1 tbs fresh garlic
2 tbsp coriander leaves

Marination-
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp curd
1/4 tsp black paper powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 onion
1 capsicum
2 tomatoes
200 gm paneer
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
