Soya kabab:

Ingredients:
• Soya bean chunks 2 cups
• Onion 2 medium size (sliced)
• Gren chillies 2-3 nos.
• Garlic 4 nos.
• Ginger 1 inch
• bread crumps
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
• Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Cooking method:

1. Take ginger, garlic, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Blend it(without adding water) and keep it aside.
2. Make fresh bread crumps.
3. soak the soya chunks for 15 minutes.
4. Strain the soya chunks , Squeeze excess water from the soya bean and grind the soya chunks in a mixer.
5. Now in a mixing bowl, take the soya mince. Into that, add the onion ginger garlic paste, bread crumps, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix all the things properly.
6. shape the kebabs over the skewers.
7. Heat oil or ghee in a pan on a medium high flame and cook on all side until golden brown.
8. Serve it with ketchup.
