I’ve read to snip off the top leaves but since that is all they’ve got I don’t think that is right. Normally at this point I’d transplant them outside but it’s currently in second winter and too cold. Can I leave them there for now? Which ones look the best to you all, some look really tall and wobbly and I’m not sure if that’s good or bad.
