LAAL KHATTAY ALOO
1.Curry leaves 1 stalk
2. 4 Boiled Potatoes cut in cubes
3. Kashmiri Chili Paste 2 Tsb
4. 1 Tsp Sugar
5. ½ tsp Salt
6. Tamarind pulp (imlee) 3Tsb
7 .1/2 TSP Red chili powder
8. ½ TSP Coriander powder
9. 1/2Tsp Cumin Powder
10 .Fresh Coriander ( garnish )
11 ¼ Cup Water
12 Oil 2Tsb
METHOD:
1. Take Potatoes and boil them for 15mins and cut into cubes
2. Take 2-3 Tsb of oil and add Kashmiri chili paste and spices and imlee pulp
3. In the end add curry leaves and water along with potatoes
4. Lastly garnish with coriander
