Korean Chilli Paste/Gochujang has a lot of depth and is flavorful, spicy, and just a little bit sweet. The sauce is often prepared and fermented to develop the tastes, although there are other, simpler ways to make it (and quickly).
This is my inspired (not authentic, mind you!) take on the eerily intricate sauce that we have come to like and want for. Let’s get going!
