Okay okay faut je l'essaie si le Chef Jean Pierre et le Chef Gordon Ramsay font exactement la même chose ils enlèvent l'enveloppe de la saucisse font caramélisé des onions et ensuite font cuir les saucisse avec les onions en slice et ajoute du piment je vais modifier un peux cette recette en ajoutant de la ratatouille et p-t des patates !

  10. I love watching and learning from you Jean Pierre, so positive and entertaining! I just picked up a family pack of Italian sausage yesterday and was utube surfing for recipes when I came across this one. I love the flavour of the sausages but have always had difficulty cooking them and retaining the moisture and fat content. I even jabbed holes while they were frying lol! Yikes! I have never considered steaming the sausages and resting them before peeling the skin. Brilliant! As I live alone I am going to steam all of my sausages, give them all day before peeling, make this recipe for dinner and freeze the rest in portions! Thanks! Keep us smiling !

  11. Guys, pick good quality sausage for this. I did it with some mild italian from the local deli, and it was barely averege.
