Chili Cheese Dog Casserole
1 Package Hotdogs – cut in 1″ pieces
4 C Chili – homemade or canned
1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits – cut in 4s
2 C Cheddar Cheese – shredded
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray
Mix hotdogs, chili, 1 cup of shredded cheddar and the cut biscuits.
Spread evenly into baking dish. Cover with foil
Bake @ 375 F for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle on remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes
