Cheap and Simple Turkey Chili Recipe
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, until turkey is browned.
Step 2: To the slow cooker, add browned turkey, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes and chilies, pinto beans, chickpeas, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, celery flakes, smoked paprika, chicken bouillon, cumin, and oregano. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8, until chili has thickened. Check for seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Enjoy! You could garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese. We usually just eat it over rice or with cornbread.
