  6. Chinese now is way too expensive, nearly €16.oo for one person for a delivery included. So two people can be up to 35 quid. Now I can do my own for 10.00 and do enough for 3 šŸ™‚

  7. Stopped watching when he put the oil in with the marinades – the oil is water repellent and will stop the meat absorbing the soy – add soy mix well leave for a bit then add the oil to seal the soy in the beef

  10. Bought the black pepper sauce and searched the brand and sauce for a recipe. I have a work colleague who had a restaurant and gives me tips etc. After cooking this I would gladly serve it to him. I don't think anything I've bought from a takeaway is as good as this.
My favourite recipe from yourselves was your Sichuan chicken recipe, but this one has overtaken it. Thanks very much for sharing.

  11. Thanks for sharing the recepie. Please mention list of ingredients and quantity in the description box as well.

  12. I had about 3 lbs of ground beef with no plan on what to do with it. Made this recipe with about 9 different veggies. Might not have had the texture I wanted, but it sure tasted great!

  13. Some people freeze then shave their meat. You, sir, do it in such manner our fore‐fathers are pleased. Good man!

  14. I thought you were going to be another Jamie Oliver and almost passed up on this. I like the way you explain the how and why of what you're doing. It showcases your expertise and skill. Nice video!

  15. I almost heard Micheal Pierre White say (in my head) "you can use Knorr Stockpot, it's your choice…"

  16. Are you using a stainless steel wok? Everyone says they suck but i've been using mine for a while 🤷

  17. This has become my go to recipe for well over a year now but I use WAAAY more black pepper (without the bp sauce.) For 500g flank steak I probably add somewhere in the realm of 6 tbsp
