Stuffed Peppers Recipe: Beef Stuffed Poblano Bake

Beef Stuffed Poblano Bake is a unique way to add heat to traditional stuffed peppers. Poblanos are a slightly spicier option than typical green bell peppers, but they’re a tasty alternative. How spicy? Just right! A jalapeno pepper is five times hotter than a poblano.

  1. Definitely gonna try this !!! I love to cook new recipes for my family 💋💋💋

  2. I cut a few bell peppers laid them on the side and filled them with ground turkey, tomatoes sauce, shredded cheese (pizza blend) and topped with sliced black olives and pepperonis and I made a stuffed bell pepper pizza

  3. My bf sent me the French onion burger recipe and now I'm binging all your recipes lol

  4. I love these videos. And Chef Michael is my favorite. But from all the cooking videos I've watched on YT, I've discovered that a second bite really finishes a video. And not just a second bite, but visible eagerness to have a second bite. Taking one bite and saying, "oh, that's good," is telling. I need you to SHOW ME how good your recipe is.

  5. Very interesting. Being from deep south Texas on the border with Mexico I've always used the Poblano pepper for Chili Relleno but I'll give this a try. Thanks!

  6. I watched this the first time and thought great I know how to do this… then I watched again while I was cooking and couldNOT find how long to cook the pablano pepper. This entire video could be pushed down In 30 seconds. —- make a veggie medley (here's what I recommend) cook ground beef… cut pablano pepper half and fill with veggies medley/beef. Then bake @(????) Degree for (?????) I'm so frustrated that I have to watch 10 minutes of fluff for 2 pieces of Information.. like Jesus christ you are not the first person person mKe this basic dish just put it in the description and I might subscribe

  7. My first time using these peppers and decided to try a USDA Angus ground beef 93% lean.
    Great video!
What about the skin? Do you eat the Poblano skin also?
Because some recipies peel the skin off before earing.

  8. Yum! I made this vegan by using mushrooms and black beans instead of meat, used vegan cheese and subbed the rice out for quinoa. Served with a vegan avocado crema.

  9. This recipe looks great! I think that I would add a little roasted or grilled corn to this dish.

  10. I had everything prepped and ready to be cooked for this dish with the exception of the rice. Instead, I riced some cauliflower and my wife finished up the dish! My wife doesn't like peppers so instead, she roasted up a potato and topped it with the meat and cheese! It all came out amazingly delicious! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

  11. you did the right thing going with more cheese to finish these off. when i saw the foil come out before they went into the oven the first time…

  12. Why packaged cheese and canned salsa instead of grating and home made salsa?

  13. Really nice demonstration of the basics. What's so fun about making these is there are infinite ways to do it. I usually grow at least two poblano plants in my Garden each year. My favorite way to stuff them is with my homemade elk Italian sausage breadcrumbs and gorgonzola cheese. But I'm definitely going to try the rice now instead of the bread crumbs. If you're trying to introduce your children to a little bit spicier food I would just lean on the pablano and leave the chipotle pepper out. By the way Chipotle pepper is just a jalapeno pepper that was allowed to stay on the vine long enough to turn red and then smoke roasted.

  14. It does look but the girl at the end didn't seem to really enjoy it. Like she literally doesn't smile at all just looks so serious until she has swalloed it and then puts her knife and fork down.

  15. Yum. Chewy Poblano skins! Just like eating plastic wrap. Yeah flavor passes the test. Using poblano like bell peppers: FAIL. Burn and skin those bad boys first home boy
