  1. Literally just made this and omg it’s delicious 🤤. I made extra slurry to cook some egg noodles in and let me tell you this is about to become my go to meal

  2. My Nigerian husband gave me a 10 out of 10 for this meal. Thank you my sister..🇳🇬🇺🇸

  3. I just finished making this and it is delicious 👌🏽 Thank you so much! I didn’t have Rice wine so I used Cooking wine instead and also did not have any corn flour so I used all purpose flour. Tastes better then the restaurant! This will be a recipe for me for years to come! Thanks again!

  4. Strewth! I was hurting just watching you saw away with that knife. You can sharpen knives, you know! It really isn't that hard. Are you serious when you say you buy new knives to replace blunt ones?

  5. Hello Miss,I tried this recipe last night and let me just toot toot my own horn because I freaking nailed it. My family gave me kudos and now I must return the favor. Kudos to you love for showing me. Thank you! xo

  6. I think the texture is a bit gluggy (thick). Next time I will use half as much corn flour. Maybe none for the stir fry. I aslo added a pinch of chilli flakes. Great taste. Thanks.

  7. When you say "corn flour," do you mean "corn starch"? It looks like corn starch. The reason I ask is because these recipes all require cornstarch but I would love it if corn flour is what you use: thank you for this beautiful recipe!

  8. Thank you.
But I have to ask: is there a reason to insert the meat into the pan while the later isn't properly heated ?
Doesn't it need to sizzle the second it touches the oil ?

    Cheers.

  9. I will use your recipe over the others I've seen for beef pepper steak. But I will omit the brown sugar in the slurry because of the honey in the meat. I don't want it to sweet. I will substitute the brown sugar with something slightly spicy and serve over rice or pasta.
Thanks for the recipe it the best.

  10. I am absolutely impressed by how delicious you make this dish look! I have to make this with the Japanese sticky rice I use… I'm sure this will make for one amazing meal! Thanks for taking the time to produce such a good video! Subscribed! 👍

  11. Great flavor! Two issues: The ingredients for the slurry was missing the corn flour. Too much liquid. Very soupy. The second time I made this I went to three cups of broth and added three TBLS of corn starch (flour). It was awesome!

  12. When I lived in NY, EVERYTIME I went to a Chinese restaurant, which NY has the best their is, the peppered steak always has a lot of sauce. If I got it to go, the container would be full to the top with sauce. That’s the same way I make it! You don’t have to use all that sauce. But if someone wants more then usual, it’s there to add more, and best part is that it keeps it from drying off. When I moved to Fla, all the pepper steaks were dry with hardly any sauce except for the meat which was covered in it. Idk, I’m from Ny, and it taste much better when there’s a lot of sauce even if you don’t use it.
