  1. @megen1996 thats what i do i sear both sides around 2 min and finish in the oven for 3. it never is tender at all.

  2. all of the people complaining about grease, just stfu. you do realize that fat is the medium of wich heat goes to your food and actually cooks it and is where you get FLAVOR, go eat a fuckin rice cake

  3. @foodwishes lol I agree in theory Chef 😛 For me theyre meat! but no for my veggie friends id stuff em with fetta, kalamata olive, slither of garlic, pepper and roast capsicum 😛

  4. @Zoritsa Haha, you could probably use some meat substitute thing, like tofu or quorn, but then you have to make your own non-sausage meat (with the spices and all), and it's never quite the same thing 😛 Maybe a cheese and veggie combo could work too? Though it'd have to be a not overy melty cheese, I think, or it'd just melt too much and make a mess… or, like someone said, feta cheese, but then you might need a binding agent (egg? odd with feta..), depending on if the feta's melty or not.. 🙂

  5. @Zoritsa That's a silly question in itself, recipes can be interchanged that's how we have so many great dishes in the world. As for your question yes you could but not just any filling you'll have to tinker around with items and find a filling you like, But it's hard to replace meat so you have a challenge ahead of ya.

  11. Here in Britain you can only get the unstuffed cherry peppers in jars in vinegar. Ugh!
    I used to find roasted peppers in oil, but now can only track down in vinegar. Ugh. Useless.

  12. If peppers say ild and CJ thinks they are between mild and spicy, for us mortals they are spicy. Don't over "DEW" the peppers with sausage stuffing.

  13. i tried one of those peppers on a hummus sampler at a restaurant without knowing what it was (i dont like bell pepper so I was being brave) and now im OBSESSED THEYRE SO GOOD
