Perfect for Winter š
2 tbsp vegetable oil
5 garlic, sliced
1 small purple onion, diced
250 g ground beef
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of cayenne powder
A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
2 bell peppers, cubed
350 g roasted pumpkin, cubed
1 small can whope mushrooms, drain
1 can 6 blend beans, drain
1 can corn kernels, drain
1 tin tomato paste
1 tin water, using tomate paste tin
1/4 c bbq sauce
900 ml beef broth
1/2 c packed, mashed roasted pumpkin
1 tbsp coconut palm sugar/brown sugar
Heat oil, saute garlic onion
Stir in beef, brown, add in spices
Stir in bell pepper and the rest
Bring to fully boil, 5 mins
Lower temp and cook for another 20-25 mins, til thicken
