Food coloring is a no
Get to the point…talk to dam much smh…
This dish could be improved with a tea spoon of honey or brown sugar, fresh parsley and lime juice. I like the idea of food coloring🔥✊🏽

What red food coloring or the name
Nice recipe but those are not scotch bonnets. Those are yellow habanero and Caribbean red habanero peppers. The tastes are entirely different so it is an important distinction.

What about Anattos?. Natural color . I used it to make custard with coconut milk and salt mackerel. I’m afraid of these coloring.

Hammering those shrimp on high heat for ten minutes seems like way too long. I cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes at the most.
Good job it looks official but I think you have another entity with you in the kitchen. Am I the only one who saw that orange bowl move all by itself while you were away from the table, run the video back and pay close attention right after you put in the scotch bonnet and walk away
