Cooking another one of my hubby’s favorite meals today. Perfect comfort food for Fall.
HEARTY CHILI MAC
1 pound ground beef
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cups water
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15.5 oz) dark red kidney beans, low sodium
1 ½ tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 packet Goya beef bouillon powder, reduced sodium
1 1/3 cup (6 oz) elbow macaroni
