  1. I love the way you boil it into submission. I tend to start panicking a bit when I see something boiling like that, but now you've given me courage!

  2. Hi instead of beef stock can I use chicken stock for the sauce pls advise or which is better options instead of beef stock

  3. What in the world makes you think we want to hear this jungle junk music in the background when you're trying to give an instructional video on cooking? You might want to seek a therapist for treatment of your narcissism

  4. طريقتك مميزه لكن راح تحتاج كل اسبوع طنجره جديده دق دق دق تستخدم ملعقه معدنيه وتضرب على حافة الطنجره او البان راح تنعدم الحواف استخدم ملعقة خشب

  5. It's missing a little dry white wine (no more than 1/4 cup) – it would take this sauce to another level. Also, add the cream before the butter. Add the butter off the stove to promote the emulsion. Other than these details, it's a nice recipe and a great showcase of pro sauce making. Kudos!

Side notes: for an authentic French restaurant taste, use cognac instead of white wine. You can substitute with brandy or even whiskey. Only use no more than 2 Tbsp of these liquors as you want the peppercorn taste to remain in the foreground (we are only embellishing the background with the wine/cognal/brandy/whiskey).

We could discuss replacing the onions by shallots, but this is already a great start.

  6. Excellent sauce but I would let it simmer on low heat so it reduces slowly for a better flavor plus add brandy.

  7. You overstand, brother. Beautiful job!! i use medium heat, but your result is perfect. 😋🙏 Thank you for sharing.
