Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
Ginger 1/2 inch (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tsp (Chopped)
Black Pepper 1 tsp (Crushed)
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 2

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and slightly heat it and then add onion and fry it until it become into light pink color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it on medium flame and then add Chicken and stir it and fry it on medium flame until it become into white color. After that add salt and stir it and then add 1/2 cup water and stir it and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that remove the lid and then stir it and add Yogurt and then stir it and add Black Pepper, Cumin Powder and cook it with stir on medium flame for 2 minutes. After that cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and then stir it and then add fresh cream and stir it and then add Ginger, Green Coriander, Green Chilli and cover it with lid and turn off the flame. After 1 minute remove the lid and serve it. Your Black Pepper Chicken is Ready.

  2. Aoa Amna MashahAllah I tried this and my husband and kids loved it but I just want to know if I want more gravy what should I add to make it more gravy but the taste same I don’t want to add something and the taste to change
