Great video. Interesting take. I do not skin the tomato or Serrano. That roasted goodness gives the salsa flavor. Plus I pulse the ingredients together. Never added honey or sugar though, my Latina mom would slap me😂. All jokes.

This is why I don’t trust white people with salsa. That’s not salsa anymore, It’s just sauce. The point of roasting them is to get that delicious flavor from the roasted skin. NO SUGAR. it takes away from the flavor. This whole recipe is a disaster. Before y’all talk about how everyone has their way of making it, don’t call it salsa if you’re changing the whole recipe.
