  2. never rinse your roasted peppers… this salsa must taste like cilantro and tomato with a little heat. what a waste.

  3. In 6th grade me and my friends ate habanero peppers and later in class I rubbed my eyes and they had to flush my eyes out

  4. Great video. Interesting take. I do not skin the tomato or Serrano. That roasted goodness gives the salsa flavor. Plus I pulse the ingredients together. Never added honey or sugar though, my Latina mom would slap me😂. All jokes.

  6. What was the point of fire roasting them if you just peeled off all the char and roasted flavor and color? Lmao

  7. This is why I don’t trust white people with salsa. That’s not salsa anymore, It’s just sauce. The point of roasting them is to get that delicious flavor from the roasted skin. NO SUGAR. it takes away from the flavor. This whole recipe is a disaster. Before y’all talk about how everyone has their way of making it, don’t call it salsa if you’re changing the whole recipe. Call it imitation.
