Healthy Home Made Chili Chicken in just 10 min (No Chicken frying)

Although Chili chicken is not a Chinese dish, but is developed in china town Kolkata. Generally Chicken pieces are fried during the process, but due to this all healthy nutrients are almost nullified. So introducing a method of healthy preparation and no frying of Chicken
Ingredients:
Oil: 2 table spoon
Chicken: Medium cut-1 Kg
Green Chili-4-5 Pieces (add as per taste)
Onion: one finely chopped & one Cube sized
Capsicum: All three colour: 1 piece each Cube sized Cut
Spring onion: for garnish
Ginger –Garlic Paste: I table Spoon Each
Ginger Garlic: Finely chopped
Turmeric powder: (optional)
Gram masala: 1 tea spoon
For Sauce:
Corn flour:- 3 table spoon
Chili sauce: – 3 table spoon
Soya Sauce: 3 table spoon
(Mix all and form a watery paste)

Salt: to taste
Pepper powder: 1 tea spoon
Tomato puree: 2-3 Spoon
Method: Mix chicken with finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste all powdered spices (pepper, garam masala, salt & turmeric (optional), mix tomato puree, one cup water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistle
In another pan: fry finely chopped ginger garlic add onions and Capsicum, Mix Chicken from the pressure cooker. Bring to boil. Add sauce paste. Boil for 3-4 minutes garnish with spring onions
Serve hot with rice or Noodles
