The BEST and HEALTHIEST Turkey and Lentil Chili

I absolutely love this Turkey Lentil Chili! It truly is the best, and it is so healthy! It is a wonderful and warm comfort food for any day, whether you are “dieting” or not! I love cooking this chili on a Sunday so I can use the leftovers all week! I love topping mine with sour cream and jalapenos… and sometimes cheese as well! Additional topping ideas are avocado, cilantro, chips… whatever comes to mind! Toppings are not included in the recipe or nutrition.

Recipe:
3 lbs lean ground turkey
2 yellow onions
3+ cloves garlic
1 green bell pepper
28 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 cans of dark red kidney beans
1 can corn
1 cup green lentils

3 Tbls Chili Powder
.5 Tbls Cayenne
2 Tbls Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
