How to Make Southern Hot Pepper Sauce | Tabasco Pepper Sauce Recipe



Southern pepper Sauce, Vinegar Pepper Sauce, Hot Pepper Sauce, Hot Tabasco Pepper Vinegar…whatever you call it in your neck of woods, it’s easy, it’s tasty, and I’m walking y’all through my recipe! This is one of the first hot sauces I played around with when I started growing chili peppers. All you need are some fresh chili peppers, a secret ingredient or two, plus a bottle, and you’ll have your own drop of heat in no time! Follow along and let me know what you think.

Ingredients:
Enough chili peppers to fill your bottle. (I use Tabasco, but any smaller chili peppers work just fine)
2 crushed cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1teaspoon – 1+ tablespoon of olive oil
White vinegar (you can sub any vinegar you prefer, but white is a good starter)

Supplies:

  4. This is so cool! We always have tobasco on our table. Didn’t realise that’s what tobasco peppers looks like – I’ve never seen them in the shops here in Australia
